Before your in-person bridal appointment, we offer a friendly video call to get to know you and your wedding vision. This is a chance for you to meet our team face-to-face, share your style inspirations, and explore ideas for your dream wedding dress. By connecting beforehand, we ensure your appointment is personalized, relaxed, and perfectly tailored to help you find “the one.”

How Your Bridal Appointment Works
Your personalized bridal appointment lasts approximately 2 hours, giving you plenty of time to explore and enjoy the experience at a relaxed pace. During your appointment, you’ll try on up to 7 carefully selected dresses, allowing you to see a variety of styles and silhouettes to find your perfect match.
At the end, we’ll narrow it down to your 3 favourite gowns, adding veils and accessories to help you envision your complete bridal look. Enjoy complimentary tea, coffee, and treats as you browse and try on dresses, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
And, of course, if you say “yes to the dress”, we’ll celebrate with a glass of bubbles—because finding your dream gown is truly a moment worth toasting!

By the time you arrive, your pre-appointment chat will have given us a thoughtful head start. Together, we’ll select styles from the rails before settling your guests with refreshments, allowing you and your stylist to focus on your favourites. Step by step, we’ll refine your choices and offer tailored suggestions to help you find the one.
We carry a carefully curated selection of dresses in sizes 6 to 26, with extended sizes available to order. Gowns start at under £500, and are available at special request. With our designer collections ranging from £800-£2100. For gowns priced £500 and above, we offer interest-free payment plans to help make your dream dress more accessible.
Our aim? To create an experience that’s relaxed, uplifting, and unforgettable—and to help you find a dress that makes you feel beautifully, confidently you.

Saturdays are our most sought-after appointment days and often book out well in advance. To accommodate more brides, we’re opening our exclusive second bridal suite for select Saturday appointments.
Availability is limited and offered on request, ensuring every bride enjoys a truly relaxed and private experience.
